If you’ve ever felt nervous about attending a networking event, you’re not alone. Often in our field, we are the ones creating events that involve networking and face the challenge of making them inviting. Robbie asks individuals attending his events to stand in a way that creates a welcoming space encouraging others to join in aka croissants vs standing like a bagel.
